BIA ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC PLAN

Today is an exciting time to live and work on the South Side of the City of Thunder Bay and especially to be business owner in the Fort William Business District.

Excitement is already starting to build in anticipation of the opening of the New Consolidated Courthouse which will bring together, the legal community, the judicial bar and students from our new law school into the Fort William Business District.

Building on this excitement, the Fort William Business District has reached out to the Thunder Bay Business Community, City Administration, and our loyal customers to help us develop a forward looking Strategic plan for our BIA.

We are a family orientated area, with a large number people being served by our downtown core. Residents, of Neebing, Northwood, Westfort and McKellar ward use the services we offer.

Being very much aware of this we have invited both the Simpson Street BIA and the Westfort BA’s to assist us in developing our Strategic plan.
