Bamboo Garden Chinese Restaurant was a well known downtown favourite located on Victoria Avenue East in Downtown Fort William. The historic photo shows the restaurant’s cheerful yellow sign, cozy green façade, and vintage cars parked out front, capturing a nostalgic piece of Fort William’s downtown history.
Today, the former Bamboo Gardens storefront is home to the Multicultural Youth Organization, continuing the building’s connection to community, culture, and gathering in the heart of the Fort William Business District.
