How It Works:
► Shop and collect stamps in Downtown from November 14th to December 22nd, 2023 for a chance to win big!
► Pick up your SHOP, STAMP & WIN CARD at any participating downtown retail business or restaurant.
► Remember to show your card at the cash and you will get a stamp for every $10 you spend.
► Once your card is full, please print your name and add your email in the space between stamps (pictured below). And enter into the ballot box!

By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. No purchase entry form can be obtained at the Fort William Business District Office Monday-Friday between 10 and At 105 May St. N Suite #10, Thunder Bay, ON , Thunder Bay, ON, Canada, Ontario.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Shop, Stamp & Win ballot begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“E.T.”) on November 14th, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on December 22nd, 2023 (“entry Period”).
SPONSOR: Fort William Business District 105 May St. N Suite #10, Thunder Bay, ON , Thunder Bay, ON, Canada, Ontario.
ELIGIBILITY: Legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, are eligible to enter, except employees of the Sponsor and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes.
ENTRY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that the “Sponsor” Fort William Business District may collect the personal information submitted by you, and use the information pursuant to its privacy policy available online at www.fortwilliabusinessdistrict.com.
WINNER SELECTION: On or about December 22nd, 2023, “Sponsor” Fort William BIA will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received and combined to select one (1) potential grand prize winner, one (1) potential 1st prize winner, one (1) potential 2nd prize winner and one (1) potential 3rd prize winner. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) prize per person and per email address and per household.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Selected entrants will be notified via e-mail of the prize drawing. Selected entrants will be required to respond to the e-mail to acknowledge receipt of notification of eligibility for prize. If no response is obtained within seven (7) days of notification, attempts will be made to reach the selected entrant by other means. If no response is obtained from a selected entrant within 21 days of notification, prize is forfeit and another entrant will be randomly selected by computer from the remaining eligible Entries. The prize will be delivered by e-mail within 30 days of initial correspondence.

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, provincal and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Released Parties disclaims all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any prize accepted by the winners. Prizes are awarded “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. PRIVACY: When you enter the Sweepstakes by completing the survey, “Sponsor” Fort William Business District will collect personally identifying information about you, including your name and email address. Your information will not be sold or rented to third parties. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Entrants may be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from Sponsor if entering online; however, such emails are optional. Eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant’s consent to receive e-mails and such consent will not affect entrant’s chances of winning.
