The FWBIA are looking for quotes for bookkeeping services 

                                                             

We are looking for a Quote for services from qualified Bookkeepers, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience

Must have experience working with Sage 50, Excel and Plooto

Great communicator (both verbal and written)

Must be able to work independently and as a team member.

Duties and Responsibilities

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Accounts receivable – Accounts payable

Payroll entry for 1 employee (bi-weekly) and administration — HST, WSIB, payroll remittance on a monthly, quarterly

Monthly Financials for board meetings

Monthly reporting to the City of Thunder Bay

Annual Audit preparation required

Approximate number of hours monthly vary from 10-20 depending on volume
